Pasquale Quaranta is a journalist and Italy’s first Diversity Editor. He writes for La Stampa and La Repubblica and is dedicated to promoting inclusive journalism that is sensitive to cultural, identity-based, and social diversity—a topic to which he devoted his PhD at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” with a dissertation on the representation of LGBTQIA+ people in Italian dictionaries. He teaches courses on Diversity Journalism at the University of Turin.
