Cristina Manetti is the Regional Councilor for Culture, Gender Equality, Cultural Tourism, and Communication in the regional government led by Eugenio Giani. She is the founder of “Toscana delle donne,” a project that has also caught the attention of the European Union and promotes women’s rights, achievements, and talents in an innovative and unconventional way. She was the first woman to hold the position of Chief of Staff in the Tuscany Region. She is a writer and journalist for publications such as Il Giornale and Panorama.
