Noura Ghazoui works to foster collaboration among communities, institutions, and individuals, promoting civic engagement, social inclusion, and equal opportunities, with a particular focus on women and young people with migrant backgrounds. She is Vice President of Co.C.IMA APS and a member of the Migrant Network coordinated by CELIVO, helping to strengthen dialogue between local communities and diaspora communities. She is a co-founder of SAMA—Space for Listening, Mediation, and Support—and of Brigata Alice—Space for Women. At the national level, she is committed to building a network of spaces for women. She promotes empowerment and dialogue, including on issues of Arab-Islamic feminism, helping to highlight diverse perspectives. Active in cooperation with the Maghreb (particularly Morocco and Tunisia), she is a moderator and curator of public dialogues and co-creator of projects such as PoliWomen and Be Women. Concurrently, she works in the finance department of a global company in the naval sector. Her work aims to connect community practices with decision-making processes, contributing to the development of more inclusive and participatory policies.
